NPA is a partnership between Anne Schneyder and Julie Dundon, who are both Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitians. NPA has extensive experience in aged care, food service and medical nutrition therapy. NPA are leaders in their field with Julie, a previous President of DAA (Dietitians Association of Australia) and Anne, a member of various reference groups advising on aged care nutrition.
NPA has a food first approach, where food is used as a first line of treatment (eg in malnutrition) in preference to commercial nutrition supplements. Where the food and nutrient supply to older people is limited, NPA are able to advise on the effective use of commercial supplements.
NPA have Accredited Practising Dietitians located in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide who provide individual dietary counselling advice, aged care services and food industry advice.
